survey protected species and conduct tree risk
assessments and industry charterships. A robust

approach to project management. We always take

Thought leadership
Nicholsons’ design and build projects are assessed
using elemental, the green design tool, to design
with the best outcomes for climate and nature.
Originally conceived at Nicholsons, elemental is
developed in associa琀椀on with the Royal Hor琀椀cultural
Society (RHS), the Bri琀椀sh Associa琀椀on of Landscape
Industries (BALI), the Society of Garden and
Landscape Designers (SGLD), the Landscape
Ins琀椀tute (LI) and supported by The Associa琀椀on of
Professional Landscapers (APL).
We are collaborators and thought leaders who
